The room was cozy, but the bathroom could definitely use some upgrades.

absolutley charming but prepare for shared bathrooms that are more of a trickle, and don’t get me started on the noisy pipes! i woudl ve been fine if they had upgraded my room for the inconvenience, but alas, no. next time, i need to bring my own luxury! just couldn't recommend this to anyone.

Spotlessly clean and exceptionally attentive with delightful personal touches throughout.

missingWrote a review on 03 Octfriendly staffconvenient locationmold smellpoor bathroom cleanlinesslow water pressure
The budget triple room left much to be desired. the mold smell in the basement was overwhelming, significantly detracting from comfort. Shared bathrooms were not as clean as expected and lacked proper maintenance, with shower water pressure barely adequate. Despite the issues, the location is convenient for beach access and local attractions, providing a potential value for budget travelers. Staff interactions were warm and inviting, contributing positively to the experience.

Mr. Phillips made our family feel so special with his thoughtful gestures. He personally greeted us even late at night and surprised my daughter with a birthday cake while singing to her! The location was unbeatable, allowing us to easily explore both the vibrant areas of Brighton and Hove.

We had a fantastic stay here with our grandkids! The owner treated us like family, providing little touches like a fruit bowl and even a bucket and spade for the kids. The location was perfect for a beach day and exploring Brighton.
My wife says that a better bathroom setup would be great for families.
